Replacement laser unit for PSone, Playstation*(see note below)

Model KSM-440BAM - apparently this is for the smaller white PSone
* BUT, from my experience it should also fit an older Playstation, with some minor alterations:
- From memory, there is minimal difference between laser units for PSone & the older Playstation - just a slight difference in case sizing it seems.
- Some time ago, I used a laser unit from a dead PSone in an older Playstation. From memory, I just swapped the plastic top from old laser unit. I think you could alternatively cut a piece off the plastic top of this unit.

Is packaged in a protective plastic 'clamshell', which is inside a small cardboard box.

According to my supplier, these are brand new - I wouldn't be surprised if they are refurbished though.
Either way they should be fine - a refurbished unit is likely to have had the laser, cogs, & anything else that needed to be, replaced anyway.
If they're not brand new, they look to be in good condition.

Will not work with Playstation2, or any other device.
