Nice remote control, nearly identical to the official Microsoft remote(the shorter version - Microsoft also makes a larger remote with more buttons).
Ideal for playing movies, music, viewing photos etc.

It seems you can control everything except games. For example, all menus can be controlled using this remote.

Alll Xbox360's have a builtin infra-red receiver, so you don't need a external infrared receiver (like were used with the original Xbox)

NOTE:
If XBox360 doesn't respond to an Xbox360 remote, try changing the xbox360 settings:
My Xbox -> System Settings -> Console Settings -> Remote Control -> change from 'both remotes' to 'Xbox360 media remote'
