Has 7 pin s-video plug at one end, 1x RCA plug at other end. The 7 pin s-video plug is used with many computers(including many laptops). Won't fit a standard 4 pin s-video socket.
The extra pins carry the plain(composite) video signal, so there's no need to convert from s-video. Sometimes the extra pins can carry other signals(such as Component video), depending on manufacturer design &/or software settings. NOTE: Due to possibly differences in the pin usage of 7 pin sockets by different manufacturers, I can't guarantee this will work with your computer. I'l happily refund minus postage if it doesn't work though.
As there's no conversion required, picture quality won't be degraded(like there can be with a 4-pin s-video to composite video adaptor)
Use to connect from computer, to TV etc.
