Replacement thumbstick top for Playstation/PSone (DualShock), Playstation 2 (DualShock 2), Playstation 3 (Sixaxis & DualShock 3), Xbox, & possibly Xbox360* controllers.

Use these to replace a worn or broken thumbstick top.

It's easy to replace these - just unscrew your controller, pull off the damaged thumbstick top, push on the replacement top, then screw the controller back together.

Top is surfaced with rubber, just like on the original playstation controllers.

This is only the top part(as in picture), not the mechanical/electronic base part underneath(sold seperately).

PS1 / PS2 / PS3 / Sixaxis:
Will fit any Sony brand ps1,ps2,ps3,sixaxis controller. Will probably fit many non-Sony brand controllers too.

XBOX:
Fits perfectly with xbox controller I tried, the only issue is it was fairly tight when pushing it through the hole in the xbox controller - this is only when installing it though, it has no affect once installed(ie: doesn't affect actually using the controller).
Some controllers might be a tighter fit through the hole(for example, if haven't been used much), in the worst case scenario you could just scrape a very small amount of plastic away around the edge of the hole - so it can pass through more easily.
I tested the range of movement(with xbox software designed for testing controllers), & it still has the full range - identical to with the original xbox thumbsticks.
Note: this thumbstick top has the playstation-style surface = domed upwards, not the concave shape the standard xbox thumbsticks use. This doesn't affect using the controller, other than some people might prefer the feel of one style more than the other.

XBOX 360*:
Apparently the Xbox 360 uses identical thumstick parts to the original(older) Xbox controllers, so this should also work fine with Xbox 360 controllers.
