Wireless controller, much more comfortable than using a wired controller(in my experience anyway), & no cables to trip over. This controller uses 2.4GHz RF(Radio Frequency) which means you don't need line-of-sight to the PS2.
Other functions exactly the same as PS2 controller(DualShock2): Pressure-sensitive buttons, including four trigger buttons Dual-Shock thumb sticks Analog button = switches analog mode on/off. Start & Select buttons
LEDs on controller & receiver flash until they've linked(only takes a second or 2, when you first turn controller on) Range = at least 6 metres when I tested, if there's objects between controller & receiver this can reduce the range though.
There is a slight glitter finish on the controller, it's pretty subtle though - only really visible in bright light.
Analog LED only lights briefly when you press the button, it doesn't stay lit when in analog mode. Personally I prefer it this way.
Requires 3xAAA batteries, not included. I'd recommend rechargeable batteries, batteries should last quite a long time before needing recharging though. Controller has an on-off switch to stop batteries draining when not in use.
XBOX & PC (when used with adaptors) : Works fine with XBox->Playstation, & PC(USB)->Playstation convertors I'm selling(as at Feb 2010).
